Summer Paintings

The first two weeks of the final stretch have begun. In May of this year, two short films will premiere that will have been made by the blood, sweat, and tears of 27 wonderful people. Between pre-production design during this summer, which has been highly digital, I found a few moments to get back into traditional painting.

An acrylic piece that I haven't quite decided the status of, I may add to it later. For now, it adorns one of my bathroom walls.

A watercolor study of a lovely goldfish. Haven't touched this particular medium in years, painting this allowed me to remember why...

I fear that I won't be able to post many progress updates as the year goes on (secrecy/copyright and all that jazz) but I will fill you in when I can with what I am able to provide!
